SENATE AMENDMENT 2, TO ASSEMBLY BILL 191

AB191-SA2,1,2 At the locations indicated, amend the bill, as shown by assembly substitute amendment 1, as follows:

AB191-SA2,1,3 1. Page 21, line 7: after that line insert:

AB191-SA2,1,4 “ Section 89m. Nonstatutory provisions.

AB191-SA2,1,10 (1) Reconciliation provision. Section 89p (1) of this act applies only if either 2021 Assembly Bill 68 or 2021 Senate Bill 111, as enacted, allocates $202,350,000 to s. 20.865 (4) (a) for the purpose of supplementing s. 20.835 (1) (em), as created by 2021 Assembly Bill 68 or 2021 Senate Bill 111. If the conditions set forth in this subsection are satisfied, s. 20.835 (1) (em), as created by 2021 Assembly Bill 68 or 2021 Senate Bill 111, is changed from an annual to a sum sufficient appropriation.

AB191-SA2,1,12 (1) Payments to local units of government.

AB191-SA2,2,3 (a) In the schedule under s. 20.005 (3) for the appropriation to the department of revenue under s. 20.835 (1) (em), the dollar amount for fiscal year 2022-23 is increased by $202,350,000 to increase payments to local units of government.

AB191-SA2,2,7 (b) In the schedule under s. 20.005 (3) for the appropriation to the joint committee on finance under s. 20.865 (4) (a), the dollar amount for fiscal year 2022-23 is decreased by $202,350,000 to decrease payments to local units of government.”.
