AB520-ASA2-AA1,1,11 At the locations indicated, amend the substitute amendment as follows:
AB520-ASA2-AA1,1,5 21. Page 2, line 3: after “permanently" insert “, or, if the court finds in its
3discretion that there are compelling reasons for an order that is less than permanent,
4for a period that is less than permanent but longer than otherwise permitted under
5this subsection,".
AB520-ASA2-AA1,1,8 62. Page 2, line 5: after “crime victim." insert “If the court orders an injunction
7that is less than permanent under this subdivision, the court shall state, in writing,
8its reasons for that decision.".
