Circuit courts
Under current law, circuit courts receive moneys for services and materials the circuit courts provide to counties, other state agencies, and others. This bill creates an appropriation of such moneys, other than moneys received from state agencies, to be used by the circuit courts for a variety of operations.

The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do enact as follows:
Section
1. 20.625 (1) (g) of the statutes is created to read:
20.625 (1) (g) Sale of materials and services. All moneys received, other than from state agencies, by circuit courts from the sale of materials or services, for general program operations of the circuit courts.

involves a change in an appropriation that must be reflected in the revised schedule in s. 20.005, stats.
