Under current law, DCF must distribute not more than $68,327,900 in each fiscal year to counties for children and family services. This bill increases the maximum amount DCF must distribute to counties for these services to $70,630,800 in fiscal year 2017-18 and $74,712,400 in fiscal year 2018-19.
The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do enact as follows:
Section
1. 48.563 (2) of the statutes is amended to read:
48.563 (2) County allocation. For children and family services under s. 48.569 (1) (d), the department shall distribute not more than $68,264,800 $70,630,800 in fiscal year 2015-16 2017-18 and $68,327,900 $74,712,400 in fiscal year 2016-17 2018-19.
