This bill allows technical college district boards to charge students who reside in their districts uniform program and material fees that are less than the uniform fees established by the TCS Board under current law.

The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do enact as follows:

1. 38.24 (1m) (intro.) of the statutes is amended to read:
