Notes: PARTIAL SUSPENSION OF EMERGENCY RULE. On October 1, 2018, the Joint Committee for Review of Administrative Rules, pursuant to s. 227.26 (2) (d), Stats., voted 6-4 to SUSPEND sections 1. to 4. of Emergency Rule 1820, relating to deer carcass transportation, deer farm fencing, and chronic wasting disease and affecting small business (Department of Natural Resources), on the grounds that those parts of the emergency rule, relating to deer carcass handling and transportation, are arbitrary and capricious, and impose an undue hardship on Wisconsin deer hunters.
