2003 WISCONSIN ACT

An Act relating to: funding for engineering instruction at the University of Wisconsin-Rock County campus and making an appropriation.

The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do enact as follows:

AB830, s. 1 Section 1. Appropriation changes; University of Wisconsin System.

(1) In the schedule under section 20.005 (3) of the statutes for the appropriation to the board of regents of the University of Wisconsin System under section 20.285 (1) (a) of the statutes, as affected by the acts of 2003, the dollar amount is increased by $378,300 for fiscal year 2004-05 to increase the authorized FTE positions for the University of Wisconsin System by 5.0 FTE positions for the University of Wisconsin-Platteville to provide engineering instruction at the University of Wisconsin-Rock County campus.
