On September 5, 1995, Assembly Bill 544, relating to petitions for referenda on the issuance of school district promissory notes, was referred to the Assembly Committee on Elections and Constitutional Law. Pursuant to the authority provided by Assembly Rule 42(3)(c), I hereby withdraw Assembly Bill 544 from the Assembly committee on Elections and Constitutional Law and rerefer it to the Assembly Committee on Education.
