Speaker Prosser introduced Darrell Bevell, former quarterback of the University of Wisconsin football team who led the Badgers to a Big Ten Championship in 1993 and a victory in the Rose Bowl, and the Hall of Fame Bowl the following season, and set many passing records at Wisconsin, who addressed the members from the rostrum.
