Under this bill, the department of administration is provided authority to grant
$10,000 to the Vietnam Women's Memorial Project and $10,000 to the Women in
Military Service for America Memorial Foundation, Inc. The Vietnam Women's
Memorial is located in Washington, D.C., and the Women in Military Service for
America memorial is to be located in the Washington, D.C., area.

an appendix to this bill.
The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do
enact as follows:
