This bill adds an additional circuit court branch in Oconto County. Circuit court
judges are elected for 6-year terms. The term of the new branch commences on
August 1, 1996.
The bill provides a court reporter for the judge.

. The initial election for circuit judge for branch
82 of the circuit court for Oconto County shall be at the spring election of 1996 for a
9term commencing August 1, 1996, and ending July 31, 2002.

Circuit judge position. The authorized FTE positions for the circuit courts
2are increased by .0 GPR circuit judge position on August 1, 1996, to be funded from
3the appropriation under section 20.625 (1) (a) of the statutes, to provide an additional
4circuit court judge for the circuit court branch created by this act.
