AB762,1,2 1An Act to amend 27.01 (8) (d) of the statutes; relating to: collection of admission
2fees to state trails and Heritage Hill State Park.
Analysis by the Legislative Reference Bureau
Under current law, the department of natural resources may authorize
concessionaires or other agents to collect admission fees to state trails or to Heritage
Hill State Park and may authorize these agents to retain up to 20% of the fees
collected. This bill increases this percentage to 70%.

an appendix to this bill.
The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do
enact as follows:
AB762, s. 1 3Section 1. 27.01 (8) (d) of the statutes is amended to read:
AB762,1,74 27.01 (8) (d) Collection; agents. The department may authorize agents,
5including the department's concessionaires and their agents, to collect the admission
6fees and to retain not more than 20% 70% of the admission fees collected by them.
7The department shall regulate their activities in a manner similar to s. 29.09.
