This bill adds the secretary of industry, labor and human relations to the state
emergency response board.

The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do
enact as follows:
AB792, s. 1 3Section 1. 15.315 (1) of the statutes is amended to read:
AB792,2,84 15.315 (1) State emergency response board. There is created a state
5emergency response board, which is attached to the department of military affairs
6under s. 15.03. The state emergency response board shall consist of one
7representative of the department of military affairs, division of emergency
8government, one representative of the subunit of the department of health and social
9services that administers health-related programs, one representative of the
10department of transportation, one representative of the department of natural
11resources, one representative of the department of agriculture, trade and consumer

1protection, the secretary of industry, labor and human relations, one representative
2each from fire fighting, law enforcement and public or community health services,
32 representatives of industry, one representative of small business, as defined in s.
415.227 (3), 2. representatives who are elected officials or employes of county and
5municipal government, one representative of a farm or agricultural organization,
6one representative of a labor organization and one representative of an
7environmental organization. The members of the board shall serve at the pleasure
8of the governor.
