1An Act to repeal 13.90 (7) and 20.765 (1) (e); and
to create 13.90 (7) and 20.765
2(1) (e) of the statutes;
relating to: preparation of a plaque honoring the public
3service of Dr. H. Rupert Theobald and making an appropriation.
Analysis by the Legislative Reference Bureau
This bill directs the joint committee on legislative organization to contract for
a bas-relief plaque, to be prepared by a suitable sculptor, to display a representation
of Dr. H. Rupert Theobald, former chief of the legislative reference bureau, honoring
Dr. Theobald's public service, for placement in the assembly chamber. The bill
appropriates $5,000 in general purpose revenue for this purpose.

an appendix to this bill.
The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do
enact as follows:
