AR10,1,1 Relating to: creating an assembly special committee on gambling oversight.

This resolution creates an assembly special committee on gambling oversight.

Unless the committee completes its objective at an earlier date, the special committee on gambling oversight will function until December 31, 1996.

AR10,1,2 Resolved by the assembly, That:

AR10, s. 1 Section 1. AssemblyGambling oversight, special committee on. Upon the adoption of this resolution, the speaker shall appoint an assembly special committee, to be known as the "special committee on gambling oversight".

AR10, s. 2 Section 2. Completion of objective. The special committee on gambling oversight may function until December 31, 1996, but shall cease to exist at an earlier date either upon acceptance by the assembly of the special committee's final report, or upon completion of the special objective for which the committee was established.
