AB359,1,2 An Act relating to: increasing the department of revenue's auditor positions and making an appropriation.

This bill increases by 12 the department of revenue's auditor positions and funds the costs associated with those positions.

The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do enact as follows:

AB359, s. 1 Section 1. Appropriation changes; revenue.

AB359,2,2 (1) Auditors. In the schedule under section 20.005 (3) of the statutes for the appropriation to the department of revenue under section 20.566 (1) (a) of the statutes, as affected by the acts of 1997, the dollar amount is increased by $652,134 for fiscal year 1997-98 and the dollar amount is increased by $702,996 for fiscal year 1998-99 to increase the authorized FTE positions for the department by 12 GPR auditor positions and to fund costs associated with those positions.
