Analysis by the Legislative Reference Bureau
Current law prescribes numerous forms containing a space preceded by the
2-digit prefix "19..." for dating the form. These forms will be outdated as of January
1, 2000.
This bill changes the 2-digit date prefix to ".... (year)".

printed as an appendix to this bill.
