The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do enact as follows:

AB882, s. 1 Section 1. 77.54 (45) of the statutes is created to read:

AB882,1,5 77.54 (45) The gross receipts from the sale of and the storage, use or other consumption of gun safes.

AB882, s. 2 Section 2. Effective date.

AB882,2,2 (1) This act takes effect on the first day of the 2nd month beginning after publication.
