1An Act to create 84.02 (15) of the statutes;
relating to: a certain highway
2improvement project on USH 12 in Dane County.

This bill requires the department of transportation to reconstruct the existing
roadway of USH 12 between the intersection of USH 12 and USH 18 and the
Koshkonong Creek Bridge in the village of Cambridge in Dane County not later than
December 31, 2011. The reconstruction may not include widening of this portion of
USH 12.

The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do
