membership on the state fair park board.
Analysis by the Legislative Reference Bureau
Under current law, the state fair park board includes four legislators, two
members of the assembly, and two senators. The provision specifying legislative
membership is sunset on June 30, 2003. This bill eliminates the sunset on legislative
membership on the state fair park board.
The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do
enact as follows:
AB585, s. 1 3Section 1. 15.445 (4) (a) 1. of the statutes is amended to read:
AB585,1,64 15.445 (4) (a) 1. Two representatives to the assembly, one recommended by the
5speaker of the assembly and one recommended by the minority leader of the
6assembly. This subdivision does not apply after June 30, 2003.

115.445 (4) (a) 2. Two senators, one recommended by the majority leader of the
2senate and one recommended by the minority leader of the senate. This subdivision
