1An Act to create 121.02 (1) (L) 6. of the statutes;
relating to: instruction in
2public schools on the requirement to register with the selective service system.

This bill directs each school board to instruct pupils in the 11th or 12th grade
on the requirement for males to register with the selective service system within 30
days of attaining the age of 18. The instruction must include information on the
functions and procedures of a military draft.
The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do
enact as follows:

5for males to register with the selective service system under 50 USC, Appendix,
6sections 451 to 473, within 30 days of attaining the age of 18. The instruction shall
7include information on the functions and procedures of a military draft.
