2(title); and to create assembly rule 28 (2) and assembly rule 90 (2); relating

the ending time of the daily sessions of the assembly.

This resolution provides that the assembly sessions will end no later than
midnight. However, the resolution permits a majority of the members to suspend the
rule to complete the consideration of the proposal that is being considered at
midnight. Otherwise, the assembly is prohibited from being in session between
midnight and 7 a.m.

AR12, s. 2 8Section 2. Assembly rule 28 is renumbered assembly rule 28 (1).
AR12, s. 3 9Section 3. Assembly rule 28 (2) is created to read:

1Assembly Rule 28 (2) The daily session of the assembly ends at midnight unless
2adjourned earlier. The assembly may not conduct business during the hours between
3midnight and 7 a.m., except as provided under rule 90 (2).

AR12, s. 5 5Section 5. Assembly rule 90 (2) is created to read:
AR12,2,9 6Assembly Rule 90 (2) Rule 28 (2) may be suspended by a majority of the
7members present and voting, but the suspension under this subsection only applies
8to the completion of the consideration of the proposal that is being considered at
9midnight.
