This assembly resolution limits the amount that the assembly may spend for
contracted services in the redistricting of congressional and legislative districts.

AR28,1,105 (1) Legislative fiscal bureau report. (a) The legislative fiscal bureau shall
6determine the amount spent by the assembly in 1990, 1991, and 1992 for contracted
7services, other than for those performed by employees of the Wisconsin legislature
8in the performance of their regular job responsibilities, to assist the assembly, its
9committees, and its members in the redistricting of congressional and legislative
10districts.

1(b) The legislative fiscal bureau shall multiply the amount determined under
2paragraph (a) by the average annual growth in Wisconsin personal income for the
3most recent 4 calendar years minus 1%.
AR28,2,64 (c) The legislative fiscal bureau shall sum the amounts determined under
5paragraphs (a) and (b) and report the sum to the assembly committee on
6organization.
AR28,2,127 (2) Limit on expenditures. The assembly may not spend in 2000, 2001, and
82002 for contracted services, other than for those performed by employees of the
9Wisconsin legislature in the performance of their regular job responsibilities, to
10assist the assembly, its committees, and its members in the redistricting of
11congressional and legislative districts, more the amount reported under subsection
12(1) (c).
