construct an applied technology center if the state Technical College System Board
approves, the total amount of the expenditure is no more than $5,000,000, and the
expenditure is made before July 1, 2003. This bill extends this date to July 1, 2005.
For further information see the state and local fiscal estimate, which will be
printed as an appendix to this bill.
