AB804,1,2 1An Act to create 15.497 (2) (f) of the statutes; relating to: adding an additional
2member to the Council on Veterans Programs.
Analysis by the Legislative Reference Bureau
Under current law the Council on Veterans Programs (council) advises the
Board of Veterans Affairs and the Department of Veterans Affairs (DVA) on solutions
and policy alternatives relating to the problems of veterans. The council is attached
to DVA and consists of members of various veterans organizations, all of whom are
appointed for one-year terms.
This bill adds one representative of the National Gulf War Resource Center to
the council.

The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do
enact as follows:
