This bill provides an additional $378,300 GPR and 5.0 FTE positions for the
University of Wisconsin System in the 2004-05 fiscal year in order for the University
of Wisconsin-Platteville to provide engineering instruction at the University of
Wisconsin-Rock County campus.

an appendix to this bill.
The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do
