AJR76,1,3 Relating to: modifying the session schedule for the 2003-2004 biennial session period to extend the last general-business floorperiod solely for consideration of 2003 Senate Bill 441 and Assembly Bill 861.

This joint resolution modifies the session schedule of the legislature so that the February-March 2004 floorperiod, which presently ends on Thursday, March 11, 2004, is extended, solely for the consideration of 2003 Senate Bill 441 and Assembly Bill 861.

AJR76, s. 1 Section 1. 2003-2004 Session schedule modified. The session schedule of the legislature set forth by 2003 Senate Joint Resolution 1 (Enrolled Joint Resolution 1) is, pursuant to Joint Rule 81 (2), modified as follows:

AJR76,2,2 (1) Floorperiod extended. The floorperiod that commences on Tuesday, February 24, 2004, at 10 a.m., which presently ends on Thursday, March 11, 2004, is extended, solely for the consideration of 2003 Senate Bill 441 and Assembly Bill 861.
