AJR88,1,2 Resolved by the assembly, the senate concurring, That:

AJR88, s. 1 Section 1. Proposal revived. Notwithstanding joint rules 81 (2) (c) and 83 (4), senate rule 93 (1p), and assembly rule 93 (2), the following proposal is revived for further consideration in the May 2004 extraordinary session, which consideration shall begin at the stage that the proposal had reached immediately before adjournment of the last general-business floorperiod, and, notwithstanding joint rule 81 (2) (b), is business that may be considered at that session:

AJR88,1,10 (1) 2003 Assembly Bill 290, relating to: creating an individual income tax subtract modification for amounts spent on medical insurance premiums by certain individuals.
