AR35, s. 1 Section 1. Special order scheduled. The following proposals shall be
3special orders of business on Thursday, March 4, 2004, at the times shown:
AR35,1,5 (1) At 9:00 a.m., 2003 Assembly Joint Resolution 66, relating to: providing
4that only a marriage between one man and one woman shall be valid or
5recognized as a marriage in this state (first consideration).
AR35,1,7 (2) At 9:01 a.m., 2003 Assembly Bill 516, relating to: an exemption from the
6requirement to obtain an air pollution construction permit for certain
7equipment at a nonmetallic mineral processing facility.
