Under this resolution, a person who calls the legislative hotline requesting to
contact a particular member of the assembly may not be referred to another member
of the assembly or senate or to any other person without the written consent of the
member of the assembly for whom the caller called.
AR40, s. 1 3Section 1. Assembly rule 95 (43m) is created to read:
AR40,1,6 4Assembly Rule 95 (43m) Legislative hotline: A toll-free telephone service for
5the use of members of the public to contact members of the legislature or for the use
6of members of the legislature to contact members of the public.
AR40, s. 2 7Section 2. Assembly rule 99m is created to read:
AR40,2,2 8Assembly Rule 99m. Legislative hotline. A person who calls the legislative
9hotline requesting to contact a particular member of the assembly may not be
