AB935,1,2 1An Act to amend 86.195 (2) (ag) 32. of the statutes; relating to: authorizing
2specific information signs on certain portions of USH 151.
Analysis by the Legislative Reference Bureau
Under current law, the Department of Transportation may authorize the
erection and maintenance of specific information signs on designated highways
under its jurisdiction. The signs indicate that certain businesses located near a
highway are available to provide gas, food, lodging, or camping to motorists.
Currently, specific information signs are authorized on USH 151 from STH 11 south
of Dickeyville to USH 41 at Fond du Lac.
This bill extends this authorization on USH 151 beyond USH 41 to CTH "WH"
northeast of Fond du Lac in Fond du Lac County.

The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do
enact as follows:
