AR43,1,2 Resolved by the assembly, That:

AR43, s. 1 Section 1. Special order scheduled. The following proposals shall be special orders of business on Tuesday, December 13, 2005, at the times shown:

AR43,1,6 (1) At 9:00 a.m., 2005 Assembly Bill 100, relating to: state finances and appropriations, constituting the executive budget act of the 2005 legislature. Veto C-1 (AB 100 partial veto) relating to: Health Insurance Risk Sharing Plan (HIRSP) Privatization.

AR43,1,7 (2) At 9:01 a.m., 2005 Assembly Bill 20, relating to: displaying attractions on highway specific information signs.

AR43,1,9 (3) At 9:02 a.m., 2005 Assembly Bill 120, relating to: restrictions on the operation of motor vehicles by persons holding instruction permits or probationary licenses and providing a penalty.

AR43,2,24 (15) At 9:14 a.m., 2005 Assembly Bill 829, relating to: expanding the Volunteer Health Care Provider Program to include provision of services to students from 4-year-old kindergarten to grade 6 in public elementary schools, charter schools, and private schools that participate in the Milwaukee Parental Choice Program and expanding the definition of volunteer health care provider.

AR43,2,25 (16) At 9:15 a.m., 2005 Senate Bill 402, relating to: actions against manufacturers, distributors, sellers, and promoters of products.

AR43,3,4 (17) At 9:16 a.m., 2005 Assembly Bill 844, relating to: the Health Insurance Risk-Sharing Plan; creating the Health Insurance Risk-Sharing Plan Authority; a health benefit program for persons eligible for tax credits for payment of premiums; an income and franchise tax credit for Health Insurance Risk-Sharing Plan assessments; and making an appropriation.

AR43,3,5 (18) At 9:17 a.m., 2005 Senate Bill 331, relating to: eliminating the annual adjustment of the motor vehicle fuel tax rate.

AR43, s. 2 Section 2. Twelve hour notice. Consideration of the special order of business established in Section 1 of this resolution shall occur at the time shown in that section or 12 hours after adoption of this resolution, whichever is later.
