AB206,1,4 1An Act to create 125.07 (3) (a) 14. of the statutes; relating to: creating an
2exception to the prohibition against underage persons entering or being on
3premises operating under an alcohol beverage license for the Wisconsin
4Renaissance Faire in Chippewa Falls.
Analysis by the Legislative Reference Bureau
Under current law, a person who has not reached the legal drinking age of 21
years of age (underage person), and who is not accompanied by his or her parent,
guardian, or spouse who has attained the legal drinking age, may not enter or be on
any premises for which a license or permit for the retail sale of alcohol beverages has
been issued. Current law also provides for various exceptions to this prohibition.
This bill creates an exception to this prohibition for premises for which a license
is issued to the Wisconsin Renaissance Faire in Chippewa Falls.
The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do
enact as follows:

1125.07 (3) (a) 14. An underage person who enters or remains on premises for
2which a license is issued to the Wisconsin Renaissance Faire in the city of Chippewa

AB206,2,65 (1) This act takes effect on the first day of the 3rd month beginning after
6publication.
