4child of Joseph P. Kennedy, Sr., and Rose Fitzgerald, and the youngest brother of
5President John F. Kennedy, Senator Robert F. Kennedy, and Eunice Kennedy

8the University of Virginia School of Law in 1959; and

7and reforming immigration laws; and

11colleagues on both sides of the aisle; now, therefore, be it

13Wisconsin legislature commemorate the life and public service of Edward Moore
14"Ted" Kennedy and mourn his passing.
