, section 9106 (1) (r) 1.; relating to: an addition to the 2009-11
3Authorized State Building Program and granting bonding authority.
Analysis by the Legislative Reference Bureau
This bill amends the 2009-11 Authorized State Building Program to add
additional all-agency project funding. The additional funding consists of
$200,000,000 for energy conservation. The specific projects to which the additional
funding is allocated are determined by the Building Commission. The projects are
financed with general fund supported borrowing.

an appendix to this bill.
The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do
enact as follows:
AB117, s. 1 4Section 1. 20.866 (2) (z) (intro.) of the statutes is amended to read:
AB117,2,35 20.866 (2) (z) Building commission; other public purposes. (intro.) From the
6capital improvement fund, a sum sufficient to the building commission for relocation
7assistance and capital improvements for other public purposes authorized by law but

1not otherwise specified in this chapter. The state may contract public debt in an
2amount not to exceed $2,104,751,000 $2,304,751,000 for this purpose. Of this

AB117,3,42 (1) Adjustment of totals. In the 2009-11 Authorized State Building Program,
