AJR29,1,1 Relating to: commending the Saint Norbert College men's hockey team.

AJR29,1,3 Whereas, the Saint Norbert College Green Knights men's hockey team has completed the 2010-2011 season with a record of 25 wins, 4 losses, and 1 tie; and

AJR29,1,5 Whereas, the Green Knights have completed the regular season with an undefeated home record of 11 wins and 0 losses; and

AJR29,1,7 Whereas, the Green Knights are the only team this season to have three players named as All-Americans by the American Hockey Coaches Association; and

AJR29,1,9 Whereas, the Green Knights have won their twelfth Northern Collegiate Hockey Association league title; and

AJR29,1,11 Whereas, the Green Knights have won their ninth Northern Collegiate Hockey Association Peters Cup championship; and

AJR29,1,13 Whereas, the Green Knights have finished the regular season ranked number one by United States College Hockey Online; and

AJR29,1,15 Whereas, the Green Knights have made their twelfth appearance in the NCAA Division III Men's Hockey Tournament; and

AJR29,2,2 Whereas, the Green Knights have made their seventh appearance in the NCAA Division III Frozen Four; and

AJR29,2,4 Whereas, the Green Knights have won the NCAA Division III Championship, the second in program history; and

AJR29,2,7 Whereas, the Green Knights hockey team has added yet another unforgettable and nearly flawless season to an already storied program and has given an unparalleled level of pride to its school and the community; now, therefore, be it

AJR29,2,10 Resolved by the assembly, the senate concurring, That the Wisconsin legislature commends the Saint Norbert College men's hockey team on their excellent season and wish the members many more successes in life.
