Analysis by the Legislative Reference Bureau
Current law requires that state agencies make agency expenditure information
and information relating to agency contracts and grants available for inspection on
an Internet site maintained by the Department of Administration (DOA). This bill
requires that the Wisconsin Economic Development Corporation also make this
information available on the Internet site maintained by DOA.

an appendix to this bill.
The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do
enact as follows:
