SB215,1,3 1An Act to amend 121.905 (3) (c) 6. and 121.91 (2m) (i) 2.; to repeal and recreate
2121.91 (2m) (r) 1. b. and 121.91 (2m) (s) 1. b.; and to create 121.91 (2m) (i) 1g.
3of the statutes; relating to: increasing school district revenue limits.
Analysis by the Legislative Reference Bureau
Beginning in the 2015-16 school year, this bill increases the limit on the per
pupil revenue amount a school district may receive by the annual increase in the
consumer price index. Under current law, beginning in the 2015-16 school year,
there is no adjustment to a school district's per pupil revenue.

printed as an appendix to this bill.
The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do
enact as follows:
SB215,1 4Section 1. 121.905 (3) (c) 6. of the statutes is amended to read:
SB215,1,75 121.905 (3) (c) 6. For the limit for the 2015-16 school year or any school year
6thereafter, make no adjustment to multiply the result under par. (b) by the sum of
71.0 plus the allowable rate of increase under s. 73.0305 expressed as a decimal

1Section 2. 121.91 (2m) (i) 1g. of the statutes is created to read:
