AB1060,1,3 1An Act to create 20.255 (1) (er) and 115.28 (38) of the statutes; relating to:
2training for school district employees on emergency preparedness and school
3violence and making an appropriation.

This bill requires the Department of Public Instruction to work with a
Cooperative Educational Service Agency to provide training and technical
assistance to school district employees on emergency preparedness and school
violence.

enact as follows:
