SB591,1,2 1An Act to create 302.075 of the statutes; relating to: first responders on duty

Under this bill, the warden or superintendent of each prison that houses
maximum security inmates must ensure that at least five first responders, in
additional to correctional officers and sergeants, are on duty at all times.

The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do
enact as follows:
SB591,1 3Section 1. 302.075 of the statutes is created to read:
SB591,1,7 4302.075 First responders on duty. The warden or superintendent of each
5prison that houses maximum security inmates shall ensure that at least 5 first
6responders, in addition to correctional officers and sergeants, are on duty at the
7prison at all times.
