Senate Substitute Amendment 1 to Senate Bill 49

Relating to: elimination of the requirement that laborers, workers, mechanics, and truck drivers employed on the site of a local project of public works be paid the prevailing wage and the cost threshold for applicability of the prevailing wage law to state projects of public works, including highway projects.
