Destinations for links to documents on the Legislature's site can be viewed in two ways. By default, the links jump directly to the exact location of the link's destination in a normal web version of the document.
When using Foxit Reader, the links jump to the PDF document, but not to the exact page.
If Adobe Reader is configured as a plugin, the links jump directly to the page in the PDF document containing the destination.
