Assembly Substitute Amendment 2 to Assembly Bill 312

Relating to: hours for in-person absentee voting at the office of the municipal clerk or an alternate site and related municipality reimbursements, allowing designation of the county clerk’s office as an alternate absentee ballot site, allowing adjacent municipalities to jointly designate an alternate absentee ballot site, and election security grants.
