2025 WISCONSIN ACT 200
An Act to amend 20.370 (4) (mw) of the statutes; relating to: Department of Natural Resources PFAS program funding and making an appropriation.
The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do enact as follows:
200,1Section 1. 20.370 (4) (mw) of the statutes is amended to read: 20.370 (4) (mw) General program operations - PFAS. From the PFAS fund, as a continuing appropriation, the amounts in the schedule for addressing and preventing perfluoroalkyl and polyfluoroalkyl substances contamination in this state activities required under 2025 Wisconsin Act .... (2025 Senate Bill 128/Assembly Bill 131) for which moneys are not otherwise appropriated.
200,2Section 2. Nonstatutory provisions. (1) If neither 2025 Senate Bill 128 nor 2025 Assembly Bill 131 is enacted in the 2025-26 legislative session, then this act is void.
200,3Section 3. Fiscal changes. (1) In the schedule under s. 20.005 (3) for the appropriation to the department of natural resources under s. 20.370 (1) (ma), the dollar amount for fiscal year 2026-27 is increased by $118,900 for the purpose for which the appropriation is made.
(2) In the schedule under s. 20.005 (3) for the appropriation to the department of natural resources under s. 20.370 (1) (mw), the dollar amount for fiscal year 2025-26 is increased by $1,619,456 for the purpose for which the appropriation is made.
(3) In the schedule under s. 20.005 (3) for the appropriation to the department of natural resources under s. 20.370 (4) (ma), the dollar amount for fiscal year 2026-27 is increased by $929,900 for the purpose for which the appropriation is made.
(4) In the schedule under s. 20.005 (3) for the appropriation to the department of natural resources under s. 20.370 (4) (mw), the dollar amount for fiscal year 2025-26 is increased by $10,413,000 and the dollar amount for fiscal year 2026-27 is increased by $478,000 for the purpose for which the appropriation is made.
(5) In the schedule under s. 20.005 (3) for the appropriation to the department of natural resources under s. 20.370 (6) (es), the dollar amount for fiscal year 2025-26 is increased by $79,522,500 for the purpose for which the appropriation is made.
(6) In the schedule under s. 20.005 (3) for the appropriation to the department of natural resources under s. 20.370 (6) (et), the dollar amount for fiscal year 2025-26 is increased by $5,250,000 for the purpose for which the appropriation is made.
(7) In the schedule under s. 20.005 (3) for the appropriation to the department of natural resources under s. 20.370 (6) (eu), the dollar amount for fiscal year 2025-26 is increased by $35,000,000 for the purpose for which the appropriation is made.
(8) In the schedule under s. 20.005 (3) for the appropriation to the department of natural resources under s. 20.370 (9) (ma), the dollar amount for fiscal year 2026-27 is increased by $261,600 for the purpose for which the appropriation is made.
