2025 WISCONSIN ACT 44
An Act to amend 943.10 (1m) (intro.) of the statutes; relating to: entering certain places with intent to commit battery and providing a penalty.
The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do enact as follows:
44,1Section 1. 943.10 (1m) (intro.) of the statutes is amended to read: 943.10 (1m) (intro.) Whoever intentionally enters any of the following places without the consent of the person in lawful possession and with intent to steal or commit a felony or a violation of s. 940.60 (1) or 940.65 (1) in such place is guilty of a Class F felony:
