AB212-AA2,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB212-AA2,1,2 1. Page 7, line 11: delete “(9)” and substitute “(9) (a)”.

AB212-AA2,1,3 2. Page 7, line 12: after that line insert:

AB212-AA2,1,9 “(b) This section does not apply to an individual who possesses a license, permit, registration, or other approval as a health care provider that was issued in another state, the District of Columbia, or a possession or territory of the United States that has enacted an abortion shield law that would impede the enforcement of any restriction on the provision of abortion and abortion-related services in this state.”.
