AB243-AA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB243-AA1,1,2 1. Page 1, line 2: delete “amusement rides” and substitute “jumping pillows”.

AB243-AA1,1,4 2. Page 1, line 5: delete “an amusement ride” and substitute “a jumping pillow”.

AB243-AA1,1,9 3. Page 2, line 2: after “97.67.” insert “In this subsection, “jumping pillow” means an inflatable, air-supported, and permanently installed recreational device that is designed for use by campers for jumping or bouncing, is anchored at ground level, and is not intended to be portable or transported for use at fairs, carnivals, or amusement parks.”.
