Page 2, line 16: after “notice.” insert “If the law enforcement officer does not have jurisdiction over the location of the boat, the law enforcement officer shall notify the law enforcement agency with jurisdiction over the location and, to the extent feasible, collaborate and cooperate fully with that law enforcement agency to effect the purposes of this subsection.”.
