AB320-AA1,1,11420.475 (1) (i) Other employees. The amounts in the schedule to reimburse
5Milwaukee County for the costs of clerks any staff necessary for the prosecution of
6violent crime cases under s. 978.13 (1) (c), clerks any staff providing clerical
7services under s. 978.13 (1) (b) to prosecutors related to the handling of cases
8involving felony violations under ch. 961, and clerks any staff providing clerical
9services under s. 978.13 (1) (d) to prosecutors related to the handling of cases
10involving the unlawful possession or use of firearms. All moneys received under s.
11814.86 (1m) shall be credited to this appropriation account..

5and collect a $169 $301 court support services surcharge from any person, including
6any governmental unit, as defined in s. 108.02 (17), paying a fee under s. 814.61 (1)
7(a) or (3) or 814.62 (1) or (2), if the party paying the fee seeks the recovery of money
8and the amount claimed exceeds the amount under s. 799.01 (1) (d)..

22the amount authorized under this subsection to the county treasurer pursuant to a

1voucher submitted by the district attorney to the department of administration
2from the appropriation under s. 20.475 (1) (i).
AB320-AA1,69p3Section 69p. 978.13 (1) (c) of the statutes is amended to read:
AB320-AA1,4,114978.13 (1) (c) In counties having a population of 750,000 or more, the salary
5and fringe benefit costs of clerk positions any staff in the district attorneys office
6necessary for the prosecution of violent crime cases primarily involving felony
7violations under s. 939.63, if a felony is committed while armed, and under ss.
8940.01 to 940.03, 940.05, 940.06, 940.225, 943.231 (1), and 943.32 (2). The
9secretary of administration shall pay the amount authorized under this subsection
10to the county treasurer pursuant to a voucher submitted by the district attorney to
11the secretary of administration from the appropriation under s. 20.475 (1) (i).

AB320-AA1,4,1913978.13 (1) (d) In counties having a population of 750,000 or more, the salary
14and fringe benefit costs of 2 clerk positions any staff providing clerical services to
15the prosecutors in the district attorneys office related to the handling of cases
16involving the unlawful possession or use of firearms. The secretary of
17administration shall pay the amount authorized under this subsection to the
18county treasurer from the appropriation under s. 20.475 (1) (i) pursuant to a
19voucher submitted by the district attorney to the department of administration..
