SENATE AMENDMENT 1, TO ASSEMBLY BILL 35

AB35-SA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB35-SA1,1,4 1. Page 3, line 1: after that line, on page 2, line 9, of the material inserted by assembly amendment 1, after “withdraws his or her candidacy” insert “and has not been offered anything of value to withdraw his or her candidacy”.

AB35-SA1,1,5 2. Page 3, line 3: after that line insert:

AB35-SA1,1,6 “Section 1s. 12.11 (1m) (d) of the statutes is created to read:

AB35-SA1,1,9 12.11 (1m) (d) Receives or agrees or contracts to receive or accept anything of value for filing a statement withdrawing the person’s candidacy under s. 8.35 (1m) (a) 1.”.
